I didn’t know him personally, so I can’t say whether or not he was straight. I believe he genuinely was open sexually and didn’t get caught up in labels. That said, the probability of him identifying as “straight” (at least, in his personal life) was high, as sites like CF usually specialize in the gay4pay niche. BUT, as stated, that’s only an assumption, and there really is no way of truly knowing his sexual orientation at this point. x

When I site have as one of its baits the premise that most of their guys are “straight” and have a model with his page stating he’s bisexual, it’s probably because the model in question refused being labeled as straight, since there are no comercial benefits for the website in declaring his bisexuality.

So even if you believe straight guys can keep having sex with men, Sean being straight is the least probable alternative in this case.

I didn’t feel this grief over Whitney, or Michael, or even Heath. Their celebrity was at a distance. Matthew was known for sex. Which is incredibly more personal.

Pornography is a fantasy, yes. But it is a fantasy we inject ourselves into. By watching Sean have sex with other people, we were having sex with him ourselves. (Not really, but I can’t explain better and you know what I mean.) Our connection to him was closer than a one night stand, because many of us were with him multiple times. Matthew’s death is tantamount to an ex passing.
